I have another recipe which goes this way:


Cover a medium pan with parchment paper around and in the base.  Butter it.
Cubrir un molde de torta mediano con papel pergamino y enmantequillarlo.

One 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened 30 seconds in microwave
Suavizar un paquete de 8 onzas de queso crema

1 cup of fresh milk...mix with creamed cheese
1taza de leche fresca que se le echa al queso  ya batido

Add 4 egg yolks
Agregar 4 yemas a la mezcla

Add 1/4 cup of  sifted cake flour, like Presto
Agregar1/4 de taza de harina preparada cernida

Add the juice and grind of one lime
Agregar el jugo y ralladura de un limón

Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks and add little by little, 1/2 cup of sugar
Batir a punto nieve las cuatro claras con 1/2 taza de azúcar agregada a pocos.

Fold the egg whites mix into the mixture in three parts
Agregar las claras batidas en tres partes

Mix well and pour the mix inside the pan
Mezclar bien y echar la mezcla en el  molde preparado

Bake at 350F until it is golden bjrown on top and straw come out clean
Hornear a 350F hasta que la torta esté dorada y cuando se le mete una cañita, sale limpio.
